“I sent my CV to your agency and have not had any response”, “Your consultant never phoned me back” and “I submitted my CV and you have not found me a job” are common complaints that a recruitment agency deal with on a daily basis.

 

So with this in mind, we thought that we would explain the Recruitment Application Process to you, our valued client.

RECRUITMENT APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Look in the newspaper, on our website, FACEBOOK, TWITTER or PNET for a list of positions available.
  • Send your CV to Profile Personnel.  Ensure that all your documentation is attached (copy of last pay slip, Matric certificate, ID, driver’s licence, relevant qualifications).
  • Your CV will be loaded onto our database system.
  • Make an appointment to come in and see a consultant for an interview.
  • Consultants search the database according to the Job Specs that they receive from our clients.
  • If your qualifications and/or experience match the job specifications, the consultant will contact you to come in for an interview and conduct the necessary testing, such as typing, bookkeeping, etc. – your CV will then be prepared and presented to the client.
  • If your CV is successful, the consultant will arrange an interview for you with the client and keep in regular contact with you regarding progress in this regard – the consultant will also negotiate on your behalf during the interview process and will inform you of the client’s decision.
  • Please be assured that your CV will be kept on file and considered for any future positions or until you instruct us to remove it.
