Technician required for a reputable office automation company based in East London, Eastern Cape

Requirements: 

• 2 years or more industry experience
• Network and security infrastructure knowledge- CISCO, HP, UNIFI, FOTINET
• Firewall and IDS/IPS rules, ACLS , VLANS with 802.1X
• Windows enterprise environment
• Qualifications in A+, N+
• Technical knowledge of computers, operating systems and widely used computer applications
• VOIP Experience

Responsibilities:

• First-line organization-wide support
• Remote or on-site support that may include travelling
• Network and security support
• Build, configure and repair computer hardware and other devices
• Troubleshoot to determine the best solution based on a problem presented by a user
• Installation and configuration processes
• Windows enterprise environment experience
• Installing and configuration of Windows 8,10
